Admission
How Does Admission Work?
1) Call For Free Advice > Assessment > Deposit > Admission i) Call us direct on 01733 530 417 for free advice. When you call, we'll chat through the details together and cover a few questions. ii) Based on your personal circumstances and a brief assessment, we'll recommend the most appropriate clinics for treatment. iii) We agree a date and time of admission, and when you place a deposit for treatment, your room is booked. You should receive a booking confirmation by email, from your chosen clinic. iv) The remaining balance for your treatment is due when you arrive at the clinic itself, for admission. Important - What you should know - As you might imagine, we do get busy....a lot. We have close relationships with multiple clinics, and will help you co-ordinate and secure your admission. All clinic rooms with our partners are on a first-come first-served basis, and rooms are typically not guaranteed unless a deposit is paid. 2. How quickly can I be admitted? Typically, less than 48 hrs from now. And, immediate admissions are sometimes available too, depending on specifics. Please call us for advice on your specific case, or, fill out the form opposite and we'll get back to you asap. 3. Do you provide transport? Yes. We can often arrange for transport for you; there's usually additional cost attached to this. Please ask at time of booking.
4. Do I have my own room? Yes, single rooms are normally available, with private ensuite facilities, including shower, unless you've agreed otherwise with our advisers. Lower cost, shared, rooms are occasionally available at select clinics - ask us for details. 5. What happens when I arrive? You'll be shown to your room, and get settled in. You'll meet with the clinic medical team and they'll normally prescribe a detox for you to take under the care of clinic staff. When ready, you'll begin therapy sessions to help resolve the underlying causes. In our partner clinics, you'll usually have around 3-4 sessions of CBT therapy (or equivalent) each week, in a small group setting, and around 3 one-to-one support sessions too, covering 12 step work and other support modalities. Specifics may vary at different clinics, please advise us of any particular needs you may have in this area. 6. What facilities does each clinic have? Normally, private rooms, laundry facilities on-site, wifi, towels and linen provided, all meals and catering provided....all you'll need is some clothes, toiletries, and a willingness to succeed in long term recovery! 7. Can I call family/friends? You should know that using your mobile in a rehab clinic is at the discretion of clinic staff and their individual policies. In most cases, it's fine to keep your mobile, and stay in touch with family. In some cases, staff will hold your mobile in the clinic safe, until it's appropriate to return it to you. 8. What should I bring? In most cases, all you'll need is some clothes, toiletries, and a few other sundries. We'll cover these when you call, and we'll confirm them in any booking confirmation you receive. 9. Can I bring mobiles/laptops/tablets etc? Again, in most cases, this should be fine, but some clinics do have specific policies. Please ask us re any specific requirements you have. 10. Are you sick of addiction? Ready to get started?
